I really like this set with duvet cover and pillow cases. The dark-grey color is true to the manufacturer's pictures.There is a slight texture on the fabric and looks like it could be rougher, but the 100% bamboo can be described as: luxurious, soft, flowy, and cooling. The fabric of the duvet is the same as the pillow cases so it's not super thick, but it definitely durable enough for the job.The opening of the duvet is smaller than I expected – about 2 feet on either side is sewn up. There are several buttons to close up the opening. There aren't any ties in the duvet's inside corners to help with placing and keeping a comforter in there. However, once the inside top corners are set, if it's picked up at the corners, the cover will basically fall the rest of the way because the fabric is so smooth.The pillowcases have an envelope closure, which I'm a fan, but the overall stitching seems rather basic. Body oils from your face will show as darker spots on the fabric. This doesn't affect the feel or performance, but may be something to consider.4 starsI hope that you found this review Helpful !I really wanted to give this 5 stars because it is very high quality, heavy material, loved the packaging in a box wrapped in tissue paper like when you buy a very expensive shirt, and a nice touch to give a $20 giftcard to buy more items if you wish. I think that they spent a lot of time considering the customer with this item.The dark grey is much darker than I like, however after putting it on my bed it made my bedroom very serene. I have a California King bed, but the king duvet fit my comforter perfectly. The one thing that I don't like about it is that I have a dog who likes to jump on the bed, but every time she moves the comforter shifts inside so I found myself fixing it several times during the day. My previous duvet did not shift like this one. The other thing is that the material is very slick, so it tends to slide around on the bed similar to sateen or silk sheets. If you don't have something or someone jumping on the bed, it should stay in place. It is cool to the touch and does have a feel like I put a sheet on top of my bed, but if you have a comforter with larger boxes where you can see the pattern coming through, I think that it would look less like a sheet and more like a duvet cover.I’ve never had bamboo fabric before and didn’t know what to expect. The fabric is almost exactly like rayon, cool to the touch, shiny, slippery, and has some weight to it. I washed it before I put it on the bed, and it will wrinkle if you don’t take it out of the dryer and put it on immediately. The pillow shams covers are long and kind of floppy. I feel like I would want to iron and starch them, or else they look like they do in the photos. I feel like the material is warmer than I expected so I will be using it in the cooler months. The duvet cover was easy to put on, and has buttons that finish it off. Overall, very good quality, unique feeling, and warm (if you want that).The fabric is soft and smooth, a good lightweight fabric. The color is even and true to the photo. Stitching seems good and it was easy enough to get the blanket inside the cover. I think this is a good value for a King Size duvet cover and we have had no problems with it over the past month of using it.I've slept under this duvet cover for the last week, and I love it. It's so comfortable. It keeps you cool, or perhaps warm without making you overheated. The fit for our California King was perfect and the colors were true to the product photo. The photo shows the lines and creases as they appeared after unfolding. If they concerned us, I suppose we could hit it with a steamer or run it through a gentle dry cycle for 5 minutes, but they don’t and we won't. We are very happy with this product and we feel it lives up to all the maker's claims.Duvet is very thin and has a cool touch, very soft and pleasant. Being my first duvet ever I struggled a bit to install the cover on my comforter insert. After installation it still felt a bit thin so I added an extra insert to get the heavy weight I was looking for.When I opened my duvet I was surprised on how well and elegant it was packed, gives out the sensation of a luxury product, I really appreciate the attention to detail from the manufacturer to provide a nice unboxing experience, you begin enjoying this duvet even before you start using it.
